Alan Mendel is a seasoned international business professional and entrepreneur with over 25 year's of experience. He has workied with small to large fortune 1000 companies to develop, manufacture, and support products and services for the global marketplace. Mr. Mendel leads and directs the firm's activities and consults with companies and governmental agencies across a range of industries.

Mr. Mendel has been involved in all facets of business operations including sales, marketing, operations, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, raising funds, contract negotiations, distribution, channel development, product development, manufacturing, and customer support.

Mr. Mendel is a recognized worldwide authority, author and frequent speaker on methodologies and technology solutions for product lifecycle management (PLM) throughout the extended enterprise and supply chain. Mr. Mendel has consulted internationally with organizations from many industries and solution/technology suppliers on the development, use, implementation, and market for solutions to address the product lifecycle.

In addition, Mr. Mendel co-founded and served as Chairman for the Children's Biomedical Center of Utah (Non-Profit Corp) and successful led its merger in 2005 with a leading national clinic and reserach center, and President of Inter FC, a premier youth soccer club (non-profit Corp).

Mr. Mendel spent eight years as an industry analyst and consultant in the product lifecycle management (PLM) market establishing the internationally recognized and leading consulting firm, CIMdata, Inc. His work there included providing educational, business and strategic consulting services to international industrial clients and information technology suppliers. He worked closely with start-up and small companies to define their product and service offerings, business and marketing plans, establish distribution channels and partnerships, and identified potential acquisitions and merger opportunities. Prior work also includes product management positions with Groupe Bull in Paris, France, Schlumberger and Adra Systems.
